Funds raised at the Jimmie Johnson Foundation UnGala will benefit the Foundation’s programs and activities supporting K-12 public education. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to The Be Kind People Project – a friend of JJF since 2015 doing inspiring work in the Phoenix area!

Chandra and Jimmie Johnson, a 7-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, launched the Jimmie Johnson Foundation in 2006 with a mission to assist children, families, and communities in need throughout the United States. The Foundation currently focuses on supporting K-12 public schools, primarily through the Champions Grant program. Since it was founded, JJF has contributed more than $13.3 million to various K-12 public schools and charities across the country.

Created by the founders of the Valley’s favorite family of steakhouses, Steak 44 and Dominick’s Steakhouse, Ocean 44 is the brand new seafood creation by owners and brothers Mike and Jeff Mastro, along with their father Dennis and partner Scott Troilo. With an abundant and varied seafood menu Ocean 44 is seafood reinvented in a vibrant upscale atmosphere specializing in world class seafood and the great steaks they are known for at Steak 44.

The Be Kind People Project® (BKPP) is a public 501 (c) 3 non-profit that initiates a positive change in the overall learning environment and provides relevant learning and youth development opportunities that inspire humanity, academic achievement, and healthy living for students wherever and however they learn. The organization’s vision is to build a generation of respectful, responsible, healthy and caring citizens and leaders.
